All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We currently ship within the All over Pakistan + UAE + United States. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@shozm.com.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this link to see the real-time status of your shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your shipping destination. We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of order. Please double-check this information before completing your purchase.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
Occasionally, a package may be returned to us as "undeliverable" by the carrier. If this occurs, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided. If we cannot reach you after 14 business days, the order will be canceled and refunded, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred by us.
For orders shipped outside the United States, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's sole responsibility. Shozm.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Shozm.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. All of our packages are insured, but you must file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) if your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, or if the package arrives damaged.
We will, however, do everything we can to support you through this process. Please contact the carrier immediately and then reach out to our customer service team at info@shozm.com for assistance.
During peak seasons and major holidays (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas), please expect potential delays in both order processing and carrier delivery times. We will do our best to communicate any known delays on our website and social media channels.
